i finally y this world has sighing...its because when ur not happy u felt this heavy air around ur chest..and sighing actually its human kind of way to get the air out..or the way we think its gonna come out..actually sighing didnt helps at all..no matter how u sigh u still feel this heavy air..best way is smile it out..
